Very poor services. They committed me refund and i have also documented at email but still they are not giving my refund. I called at airlines they said they had already initaite the refund to make my trip. I called multiple times to Make My Trip still no one is repnding there and they had not refund my money back. I suggest you to all please don't book tickets with make my trip.

I have had the worst experience with this app. Especially the calling staff. I’ve been calling for the past 10 days for a refund on the horrendous stay at the hotel. I checked out one day later of a four day booking, it was that bad. Every time i call the helpline number, the attender asks me for time to get back to my issue and then never gives me a call back. And this is not a matter of once or twice but multiple more times. I am so upset with the services and this is when I’ve been using the app for years. Extremely unsatisfied and the loss of time in asking for help is so much more than the loss of money.
