I have a wonderful experience here with my little princess with the support and care from the doctors and nursing staffs in the department of gynecology in the third floor..All the smiling faces are ready to help and support in every needy situation.All the staffs are very kind and helpful especially Mummy sister and her team. We are very thankful to Dr.Roshini Mam and Dr.Anjali Mam in taking care of my wife and baby also to Dr.Varun Sir for his patience in explaining things to the bystanders.For the first time I am seeing such a cool doctor without any hurry and without any hesitation to detail the things.The anesthesia doctor Aravind sir is also very friendly.Management itself keeping the atmosphere very pleasant and comfortable.The floor cordinator (3 Rd floor) is also very kind and helpful.Security staffs are also very friendly.
Once again thanks to all the nursing staffs and sister Shajibee who is nenowned in the name as Mummy sister for all the support and care provided.Hoping the same will be provided in future to other patients also.

An absolute great experience personally with regards to service and facilities. Staff were so warm and even doctors were so sweet and friendly. Never felt like was staying in a hospital. Staff from cleaning, canteen to nursing were excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Sindhu and Dr Varun shankar for their warm services . Will never forget !! Thanks Avitis and their management. Please keep it up . Would recommend to all personally.

First thing first, this hospital has a world class infrastructure. I think it is a gem of Palakkad.

Of course if one is expected to experience it, they would have to shell out a bit.

The nurses and hospital staff are trained well and answer you with a smile. I brought my parent on an emergency. Everything was done step by step (keeping me informed) assessment, review, admission process, insurance if available, admission, final doctor review. There is lot of parking space provided as well.

To add to this is the picturesque setting, you get an amazing view of the Nelliyampathy forest.

Thanks a lot for your care and support for a speedy recovery. I visited you at Avitis hospital with unbearable pain around my neck and shoulders. With your treatment and support I could recover well and really grateful for it. My experience with both of you were so pleasant that I could really understand the problem with me and do the needful to recover from the same. When I visited your hospital first time, I was coming with not much hope of recovering from this since it's a chronical issue and I visited many hospitals before this with not such progress.

Excellent health care services. One of the best in Palakkad, especially maternity related. Doctors explain to us everything regarding the health conditions and treatment protocol. Nurses and supporting staff are very caring and helpful. Hygeine is 10/10.. And apart from these, canteen provides delicious food. Against the public perception, it doesn't cost that much compared to other multi specialty hospitals.

To the physiotherapy department, I found the treatment very helpful, practical, easy to follow and very effective in helping me with my postural problems that is causing my Neck and Back pains.

I am Farhath worked as an intern under dietician department. It was a good experience and also helps to gain more knowledge. All the staffs working there was supportive, friendly and helpful especially Chief dietician Sasikala mam and other senior dieticians. Overall it was a great opportunity.

I'm Arya. I've done my internship at Avitis Institute of medical sciences. It was really a good experience. I earned knowledge on Marketing & Insurance departments which I done my internship at. One of the best hospitals in Palakkad. Its like a 5 star hospital! Fully air-conditioned. Had most modern medical devices like Mri, Ct......etc...etc..

This review is based on my experience (what I experienced) till now.

I had spent 3 days in Avitis wrt my Father's surgery
I had been to many hospitals from Coimbatore to Trivandrum and from all such experience I can say the management and structure of hospital administration is perfect. Smiling and caring medical staffs , caring Doctor's, world-class feed back system etc. The location and the neatness everything is perfect as of now. Only 2 things worried me and will say about it later. May price is little high but it's worth. More than 75% of staffs are women and really liked that thought. I will of course say as of now only 2 hospitals are nice in palakkad district one is Avitis and second one is Rajeev gandhi kallekkad.

One thing I really hated in Avitis is Canteen . It's tooooo over priced. I had to give 60 rupees for one glass of Boost and 5 rupee thattu dosha is 20 plus rupees there .So if we ate 3 or 4 dosha and tea ..Well of course it's toooo over priced .It's neat and clean everything is good at canteen except price.still 60 rupees for a glass of Boost is not acceptable. Actualy production cost for 1 glass of boost is less than 15 rupees .

Second thing is I wish if they had also taken attention to parking system . There is a lot of place there but parking is not managed properly .If they had marked vehicle parking points in some paint or if security gives some direction to park vehicles closely, it's nice.Else you will be tired after parking vehicle at the down end and walking the steep road .

I have been to the physiotherapy department which has state of the art equipment and knowledgeable and helpful therapists. Mr Ajay & Mr Gokul along with the entire staff of the department have been really resourceful and is doing a fantastic job

Good service. And good coordination. Dr Jose John sir has done good job. And very supportive person . My son is perfectly allright. And his coordinator mrs. Aparna also very helpfull to us and doing great job . She is dedicated staff in this hospital

I've done my internship of 3 months in Medical nutrition and dietetics department. HOD Mrs. Sashikala mam and team were very helpful. Also got an opportunity to be part of the Nutrition expo conducted during my tenure.

We came here for my father's surgery. At first we were a little scared to come here, that we common people can't afford but consultant Aparna and Bharath Kumar sir helped us to reduce the charge and they recommend to free ward . Doctor John Jose he is the perfect doctor,Looked at my father like his own son . After surgery he explained everything to us with photos . We never experience like this . Nurses also care like an angel. Last but not least security brother ( forgot his name ) gave proper direction to us and his behaviour makes us a stress relief .
