This temple ... Modarampeta kavu ... is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy. This deity is placed on a pedestal without a roof above and hence very powerful. Today, i.e 7th April,2023 there was a fair which is called as VELA where about 40 to 50 tableaus and band groups from all around this village come and pay their devotion in late evening from about 4 pm to 10 pm which I was a witness to. The entire Vela was worth a visit and i have posted a vedio....
