It is a gym situated on main old GT road,karnal opposite Manav sewa sangh. It is on 3rd floor so the location is not so much comfortable. It has most of gym equipment and aerobic dance classes also. But space is very less. At least double space is required for proper running of this gym. Equipment is nice and so are the trainers.

Good but over rated

Neo fitness gym is discontinued. But that was probably one of the worst gym places to be in karnal.. no staff to handle.. gym instructors had no sense of talking they always believed in upselling private trainings which became a new business format in neo. Titans muscle factory on the other hand which now owns the are where neo was has maintained its ambience and machineries so far.. the staff here is courteous and guides u all the way for Ur work out . What they lack as of now is a cafeteria.. hope they are able to find someone to operate one for them.. the gym instructor are educated which is the best part I have found out so far..
