KPM Regency

I happened to attend a wedding at Palakkad on January 20/21, 2024.Accomodation was at KPM Regency.Checked in on 20th at 2.30 pm.There was power problem around 4pm nd the back up also didn't work.I came out of my room as it was pitch dark nd went to the opposite room where my nephew nd family had checked in.After around half an hour the power resumed and I came back to my room.There was a man outside my room who said he is the electrician come to attend the power problem.Later I found my jewelery stolen from my room.Have made a police complaint.Iam told the electrician has been questioned nd he has refused the theft.This is a very unfortunate incident that has happened in the hotel.Will never recommend anyone to book a room in this hotel.Hoping the police are able to find the lost gold.

Hotel General Manager Mr.Satish are very helpfull person and hotel staff are also very cooperative.

Hi we are senior citizens kpm is very comfortable for staying and break fast also good idly little hard but dosa and puttu is nice hospitatality is good very kind staffs they are treating very kind

Reserved 5 rooms for a marriage function in Palakkad in Aug 2021.
Ample Parking space, located right in the city, comfortable, clean rooms, and good food from the restaurant at reasonable cost.
They provided additional Iron box and bedsheets as we had to press the dress in the morning for the function. Accommodated the request for late checkout for a room after the marriage as well. Overall, quite happy with the experience. Talked to the Prasad, whose phone number is provided in google, and he was very helpful. Staff at the reception, in the restaurant, the security personnel, and the room boy, were all very courteous. Thanks to the management and the entire crew for a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in the heart of Palakkad,well approachable from both Railway Station and bus stand. Food is excellent and room service is superb at an affordable price. Amenities are good and there is open air parking for your vehicle.

It's a good place to stay for economic family with a better hospitality. The only thing I don't like, it's inner passage to reach rooms and old style of lift. Apart from this all are good

Great place to stay with a tasty cuisine and restaurant. The rooftop garden restaurant is awesome. Natural lights flowing into the foyer is amazing.
