Worst experience i had for my parents when they gone to correct their aadhar details the Lady executive at the desk, didn't give them proper information when they approached initially and canvassed them to open RD FD and other accounts and when it was rejected from my parents parts she was behaving in an odd way.
I'm too an ex bank employee and ex esaf account holder,these was not expected from esaf service to a customer should not be provided based on the account they give to the customer it should be unconditional
Intially when my father agreeded with the opinion of the executive she might have corrected the details without any document after my father rejected her proposal of opening account she blankly started demanding many documents which was not informed earlier totally worst excuse
