Sunset Point(Silent Valley)

The point is awesome place. But govt. should arrange sitting benches for convenient of tourists. Also cleanliness should be maintained by govt. But the place is awesome to enjoy the sunset at Daringibadi.

Best view to see the sunsets . come very here people for picnic & extra activities. good & nice place.....

My suggestion will be that you should stay here for atleast half an hour. Then you will be able to feel it.

Very nice spot with very nice spot to view sunset. Its beautiful when you can see sunset beside road there. People come with vehicle to enjoy the view. There was some rock o top area where we enjoyed photoshoot and then went down to the spot where we saw sunset view. Reached late a bit there so sunset was already done but glimpse was awesome. Many people were there who already enjoying the view from road side. We take car from there again to get back.

Sunset view is beautiful and unique over there.

You have to walk for 500mtrs if you don't wish to give some 10-20 ruppes to take your vehicle and if you can afford that then you can take your vehicle to the view point...

Very nice view......very very chilling moment to see the setting sun in the hills slowly slowly . watching that inside the pine forest is so exciting.
After that we had a cup of tea that's also very tasty.

I visited here in a September, a month of white puffy clouds. Of course, you don't get to see an actual "sunset" with a round yellow sun during these monsoon months, but it's a magical feeling to be embraced by the white clouds, to be tickled by the drizzles, to be soaked by the beauty of the valley from the hill top, in the silence of the soothing monsoon winds.

A 10 minutes drive from Daringbadi town/ market this place is highly recommended.

Caution: A ghat section connects this place to the market so don't stay late past afternoon. The ghat turns are not marked everywhere.

Perfect view! Ample place to watch it from, all the ranges are visible, wonderful! Best to reach here a little before 5 to have the entire experience. Gets crowded.

The place is Sunset Point. It's awesome a place to view the Sunset, where you can see the Sun gradually sink behind the Hills.

The place is not at all clearly markable distinctly visible from your moving car. It's just a road side area, where cars can be parked.

It is one of the best places in Daringbadi. The natural beauty here will really impress you. It looks like a dream city when viewing this place during sunset. A silent silence of nature prevails here. If you do not see this place in Daringbadi, you will miss a lot. Seeing this place surrounded by mountainous hills, it really looks like a picture. In a matter of hours it can be easily spent with the family here. You can come here and understand why Daringbadi is Kashmir of Orissa.

Best place to watch mesmerizing sunset view. Parking is available nearby. (Car Rs.30/-). One small tea shop is there. Reach half an hour before sunset to experience the beauty of eastern ghats.

It is an amazing place to see the sun setting down between the tree covered hills of Odisha overlooking the vast Silent Valley of Daringbadi as the birds chirp by to their nests. Its scenic beauty will surely mesmerise you and will completely relax you mentally and physically.
The road leading to the sunset point is narrow but quiet good and the beauty of the valley is worth the troubles.

A beautiful place to see the sun set down on a winter dusk. Wide section to park your vehicle on the road side and sit down for a lovely golden sunset. There's a small place to have tea coffee too. Overall a must visit if you are at Daringbadi !!
