Very nice place both for adults and children. Situated near Narayani temple. Everybody coming to Phulbani should have a visit. Closes at 8pm

The Narayani Smart Park in Phulbani of Kandhamal district is one of the best parks developed in Odisha. This man-made park was constructed by the Forest Department of Odisha with different facilities to attract tourists, especially students, to visit this park and have fun at their leisure time. The construction work started in the year 2014 and was completed in the year 2021 at a cost of INR 6 crore. This narayani smart park has an area of 1000 sq ft covering that are 1000 feet apart from each other
