I am writing this review based on my experience.
Lack of professionalism in the Hospitals management side. Yesterday By around 7:19 pm I made a call to hospital enquiring about the availabilty of ENT doctor and to know about the experience of the doctor but receptionist who has received my call was so short - tempered , rude and don't even know how to talk with a women, just behaved like an uneducated person with no patience . His exact words when I asked about experience of ENT doctor " meeku chupinchukovali anuntey randie lekapothey ledhu " ( if u want to consult doctor then come other wise don't ) even my brother tried to make him understand knowing about the doctor is important but he just rejected my call . Again around 7:23 I called him back enquiring about the same details saying I am not the same person his action was same, then I said to him is this the way u people treat ladies and patience in your hospital without knowing about doctor experience details of where she worked in the past how can a new visiter come to your so called Aryan hospital . Then he answered me some of my questions rudely and repeated the Same above mentioned dialogue.

Kindly, do understand this Profession is more of a Social Service, than Money Making- It cant be understood by certain management (I emphasize, NOT ALL) who are lateral entrants to the system upon Power.

Hope they change and learn to deal
