As someone who gets back issues somewhat frequently I've had many sport massages from many different people that vary greatly in quality. I'm really glad to have found Naresh as after three days of wedding celebrations I was in constant pain. Naresh sorted my back out completely in just two sessions, gave me stretches to do to help in the future and was polite and professional the entire time, so it was money well spent. I'll very happily use him again should I have further issues when in Bhopal and would also highly recommend his services to others.

Just had my first deep tissue massage and it was amazing, the therapist Mr. Yadav was handsome and smart really concentrated on my problem areas spending more time on them to make sure all my stiffness was gone. Was a nice experience happy with massage and now feel very relaxed.

Excellent service by naresh from malish wala bhopal . I was in so much pain the night before and used this malish wala to book a deep tissue massage. Naresh arrived the next day on Time , very friendly, information and after 90 minutes the pain had literally gone! The best 90 minutes of my life..... Amazing quality , relaxing and brilliant service.

Naresh is surely good with his job, more over very professional when it comes to service and communication with the client. I took massage for lower back stiffness and neck nerve pinching, which feels relaxed with the Massage.
He also shared quick stretches for the same.
