Visited Sampoorna Manikonda branch , Hyderabad today and was shocked when I was about to exit after payment for shopping vegetables.

The bill contained drumsticks which I bought 4 pieces was charged for 8 pieces.
2 nd time such charges has happened and I pointed out although the cashier desk was least bothered.he took out money for refund and passed it to me with a very sarcastic grin on his face when I asked how it happened

I wonder when they scan bar code ... how can bar code be duplicated ?? He said he did enter manually . Even if he had done a manual and bar code scanning Simultaneously ...how can the bill make one entry clubbing two??When i cross questioned ... sampoorna guys’ve then to cover the intent . Another gentleman in the queue seeing to our conversation pointed out that last time the same cashier had charged him 250 similarly which he realised after reaching home and went back to claim it back. Small incidence but worth to trigger a story on how these. retail chain can do away even if relates to a small cheating. I did a video of the incident and kept proof of the entire discussion to make them more men’s ways to do away with such malpractices. Do they care is the question ??
