Much of the details can't be provided as the company prohibits us to do so. But some things that I can share are; this company provides the best professional environment for freshers to start up their careers.(Believe me..!!! It's true... ) It's also providing the best pay package in the field. It feels great to be a part of this organisation.

Well known as one of the Great Places to Work. Location has many eatery outlets as well. A junction of many MNCs situated at one single place.
Lot of walking space during breaks between work hours.

The office space and the facilities are perfect, but I am not aware of the internal work environment.

I visited this place for an interview process.... They have good infrastructure and a well maintained environment. The view from there is good as it is situated right next to cable bridge bear Durgam cheruvu.

The newer offices are well equipped with a number of facilities, which includes a gym and a dining area on every floor.
The new lifts/elevators are pretty efficient since they allow you to choose the floor you would like to reach before you enter them.
Parking for non employees could be a hassle since the area is still not fully completed.
The location could be missed from the main road since it is away from it by quite a distance.

This is a great company. Their awards say the story themselves. The site itself is amazing and is better than other counterparts for sure. Management is employee friendly. But the best part is that the organization provides a lot of learning opportunities and great exposure. They are also involved in services to society.

It's good company, your work is greatly appreciated here. They really take care of their employees. If you are looking for a long term career it's the right place for you.

Good working & everything is office I love that place

Synchrony knowledge city is good place where there is lots space for the candidates who come for interview...

But one issue with the management who takes up your mobiles and switched off them till you complete your drive which Is lil uneasy for the candidates...

Cause there are lots of emergencies @ home or any other places or for families....

So if it could change so that will be really helpful for the candidates who comes for interview....

There is a lot of things to say about the company. But simply starting with being the best company. I'm happy to work there and absolutely love my company. They treat you not like employees but as a family member. They do all they can in order to Make you happy. Sure it is not as big as other companies like Google or Microsoft to serve you better. But they do whatever they can in there limits. The good thing about synchrony is that the cab facility they give. There is no one else who will give you cab facilities like synchrony they invest a lumpsome amount of time and money for building there cab facilities so that there employees can reach and go safely and efficiently from work to home and vice versa.

Great work place .Great environment . Great facilities. Excellent professionalism . For the freshers it is the best place to start their career because apart from work , we can also learn and grow in synchrony.. Working in synchrony is like working in heaven .. People who are permanently working their are the most luckiest people..

My first company! Be patient a bit. You will not be disappointed here provided you fulfill the requirements and put in dedication. Management is employee friendly. This is purely my personal experience. Keep shining Synchronites.

Good company to work. You may clear all technical rounds but you have to convince them that you will work here for long time and will not roam around with their offer letter for better package which is difficult convince them.

You don't feel like you go to office every day. You rather feel you are visiting another home of yours. One of the best companies that I have ever worked. We love you Synchrony❤❤
