If you're reading this consider yourself lucky. I certainly was. It is a peaceful place where you can learn Vipassana Meditation which teaches us to see things as it is and not what it appears to be. Follow the rules for just 10days honestly and you will surely get the benefits. It is for all kinds of people and everyone. I wish you all the best.
