I was locked out of my flat even though key was with me. The key wasn’t moving smoothly and was stuck. I called Naresh to see if he could come and fix, he suggested to try rotating the key with a cutting player instead of waiting for him to get inside. Our flat door lock got stuck and none of the keys could be inserted. He could identify the problem with the picture and within 25 mins reached home and replaced the lock. Showed why the earlier lock developed the problem and hence needed replacement.
