Bandel Railway Station

This station has all the necessary things to be a ideal railway junction. From escalators to wheelchair accessible ground everything is present here. And don't worry , if you become hungry , u would have enough choices to choose your food from.

Station is very good .neat and clean ..always annousment . But outside the station some toto and auto drivers behavour not good ..and the destination price is high

It is the most beautiful station i had ever seen. It has 2 very very big station.

My first come here today 2023 when there is no devided in the stations, but some train line are present in backward of the stations which are not very beautiful.

Now, the scenery is totally change and making very beautiful in there.

So, i loved this spot very very much 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Quality of service good. All type of express train stopped. Parking facilities available here. Unreserved and reservation ticket counter available here. Toilet facilities available here. Clean station and service is very good.

Neat and clean station overall suitable for taking a halt in this station. Snacks shops are available in every platform though some newcomers can get confused while finding the route to pf no. - 5 & 6 just pay attention and listen to the announcements made in the loudspeakers nearly all trains have stoppage here. This place is just 45 minutes from howrah railway station. There is a famous and oldest church of Westbengal known as Bandel Church. It's just 20 mins from bandel railway station by Auto. There is one famous Mosque from bandel railway station which is known as Imambara in hooghly district. You can reach there by auto. Near railway station there are many auto rickshaw, Electric Tuktuk available everytime for travellers to visit places around. People can enjoy good food over there like biryani, kheer kodom and many more. You must visit once in this place and have a good time over there. Nearby places - Chandannagar, hooghly, Chinsurah... These places are also beautiful with ancient architecture and sculpture everywhere.. The best place to visit in chandannagar is the Strand Road.

Very nice and clean station.there are 7 platform on this station .this junction is bardhaman,katwa,Naihati ,and howrah .many food stall are there .pay and use toilate are present platform number 4. Cold drinking water are there everyday many people travel this station one of old steem engine are present beside platform number 1 .

Bandel is a popular railway station of Hooghly. It have good sanitation system and restroom. But not comfortable for wheelchair person.

Bandel Railway Station is a very busy station. Its a Junction Station,Very important station.its connecting by Howrah,Sealdah,Asansol,Rampurhat, NJP, Malda Town & Many other station.Cleen Station. Overall - Good

Very congested place.
If u want to go to naihati and katwa, u should change the train from this station.
Bandel church which is very popular for picnic spots and travelling spots is 10 Amin away from this station.

Very very Important Junction of Eastern Railway.. The Station enrolled its name into Guinness World Record Book.. One of the old & ancient Station.. FOB Height is too much.. Though Escalators r there.. But Using Underpass is very comfortable.. Announcement System is also very fantastic..

Most important station in bardhaman main line. It connects howrah to bardhaman routes for north section trains. Also katwa line is seperated from here thats why important junction. There are seven platforms. Many important express train runs daily from this station. Also it connects howrah and sealdah line through bandel naihati jn. Escalator is available for senior citizens. Pay and use toilets are there but not at every platform. Station is Not very much clean either

One of the main Junction station in West Bengal. This station lies on the main line from Howrah To Barddhaman. Trains for Katwa section diverts from here as also trains for Naihati station.
