The technician Mr Samim Aktar Khan done a great job, impressed with his receiving, listening to all the problems carefully and resolved all the issues. Liked the quality of work. And the remaining staff's interaction with customers is good. Reasonable price for service. Thanks to all the staff.

Got my car serviced here twice and also took my car here when it broke down due to a fuel issue. The technicians identify the issues promptly and also fix them well. During the test drive when I point any issue with the car they take note of it and fix it properly. All in all, a great service experience. I spoke with the service advisor Charan and he was very helpful

I have visited for front windshield replacement. Body shop Irfan explained procedure for Insurance claim very neatly and clarified all my doubts. So far so good. Came here yesterday for some minor repair work on my car. The staff is quite helping and professional. There is cabin noise issue in the car for which I had to leave it there. Now waiting to here the updates from them. More to follow based on the repair work done.

I am happy with Samim Aktar and Kushal Upadhyay's response, service and behaviour.

I had a suspension noise issue which was not resolved since long time by different service centres. I registered this complain while 20k kms paid service and they didn't resolve. I again registered the same issue at 30k kms paid service at different service centre and again not resolved. They did regular paid service.

Finally at 35k kms I visited JSP Hyundai and Aktar and Kushal patiently handled my case very well as I was really frustrated since it was a long pending issue as I invested buying extended warranty. They diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue.

I am also happy with their intent, patience and the way they handled a frustrated customer and the behaviour is always the same. Always has smile on their face.

I wish them good luck for the future.

I don't know whether other reviews are genuine or not, however, jsp Hyundai service center has excellent service center staff members. I have always received excellent service from them. I have always dealt with mahender Reddy, however i have always found all others accommodating and ready to help unlike the harrowing experience @ kun hyundai. The service provided by jsp Hyundai service center is the main reason why I decided to buy a new Creta even though the sales staff @ showroom were lacking and that is the best testament to jsp Hyundai service centre. I hope they maintain this level always.
