I recently visited Canara Bank with a query, hoping for a helpful resolution. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff not only failed to assist but also displayed unprofessional and immature behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, they shifted blame onto my phone, denying any responsibility.

Good customer service involves problem-solving and a willingness to understand customer issues. Unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. It's disheartening when a bank, known for its service, falls short in addressing customer concerns. PATHETIC From you CANARA BANK this branch doesn't justify itself.

Very Poor facility! No sort of cooperation from manager or any other staff. They will make you sit for hours and work as they wish. They don't even know how talk to customers. You have to visit multiple times to complete even the smallest of works.

Unprofessional staff who are incapable of assisting their customers. Manager is highly rude and arrogant who is only interested and misleading customers and fulfilling his targets that's it. Avoid holding an account with them
