I bought so many furniture items from Godrej outlet located in Nigdi (Pune). I was assisted by Mr. Rahul Dolas right from the time of purchase to the time of delivery/installation. I found Rahul to be patient enough to understand my requirement, demand, and budget. Glad to have been assisted by Godrej and its employees.

We had opted for the exchange of old bed and purchased a Godrej bed. At the time of assembly and exchange they charged us an addition 900/- which was never discussed at the time of purchase. Very disappointing

After raising the issue to customer service the additional charges were not applied. The transaction went smooth there after.
