The person who owns this library is VERY BAD and VERY RUDE.
Since he had the monopoly in dewas, students had no other option to go and study, so people went here. Owner is very negative and so the environment is not mentally peaceful. The furniture is cheap and structures are fugly.
OWNER CHARGES DIFFERENTIAL RATES FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND HE DISCRIMINATES...
So if you go, ask other students what they are paying!!
He has a habit of intruding in personal life and worst habit of going to people to gossip about other students.
