Went for cocktail tasting at their bar. Great service. But the downer was the music. For a swanky hotel, playing music from a console is not done. Have live music or no music !!

Very high standard hotel, great service, lovely comfortable room and awesome location on Marine Drive, short walk from Colaba Causeway etc.

Staff is courteous, all receptionist are well mannered and attend to all needs and requests.

Eau Bar is a fantastic place to go for a drink and enjoy the sunset. The cocktails are superb. Must have the Negroni and Old Fashion

The best in town. Great location, excellent services. The staff are well trained here and maintained professionalism at the same time very friendly and coparative. Rooms are very well designed and clean that gives an excellent experience to stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The lobby and interior is expansive. The pool area is nicely shaded between the two hotels, so the water was very refreshing. The room had ceilings at least 12 feet high and was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The service was impeccable. The complex has many excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping. Security is omnipresent.

Great experience of staying in 7 star Hotel... superb location, too good rooms & luxurious interior. in-side it has a Chill out atmosphere it self... enjoyed alott a break off time over there...

This hotel is truly amazing. It's by far the best hotel we've stayed at in India, even much better than the other Oberoi we stayed at in Agra. The location is great, right in front of the sea and the gym is perfect. But what makes it even more exceptional is the staff: highly qualified, professional and super kind. And the food is simply amazing. There are three different restaurants, one Michelin Star Indian, one Italian and one that has different kinds of cuisines. All spectacular. One huge thank you goes to Chef Sahil (he works mainly at Vetro, the Italian restaurant, but also cookes at the other restaurants), his food was simply superb and he made a big effort to accomodate all of my allergies. He is a star! I will never thank him enough!

We had a great stay but what made it special for us is the people. Bella in housekeeping and Pensing the masseuse were incredibly kind and hospitable. The staff here is very accommodating and truly cares about making your experience worthwhile. The hotel itself and the restaurants were great but more so the staff is what makes this place worth the price!

Beautiful view and a very comfortable start. The breakfast buffet was really good! Highly recommend it. Best Ambience and the banquet. Most amazing view from the rooms and Great bar to enjoy every moment is worth.
