Can any one tell me that Is it worth working here or not? Pls tell .

This company imposed a huge penalty of 12000 Rs on me because of 15 days notice period.

Despite many requests and mails, the company owner did not gave any reply that he will forgive my penalty.

Work more than 10-12 hours without any overtime...
Always prioritize the company work..even after emergency case..
Always give 100% in company work....

Today I realise that all this is waste....

Also realised these owners will never do good for the worker, will always use and throw away....

Penalties you trying to put on my hard-earned own money.... your company will not be grow by that....
So that forgive my penalty and prove yourself as great legend .

This is not good company for employees, management fired their employees any time without any notice, also they get signed a probation form for the period of 6 months, but not during joining the company, however when the want to fire the employee suddenly without any notice period,
Suggested if you want to work in a good good company & want to work long time, then not join this company
