We selected jhirna zone for safari. We entered through the dela gate. We did not spot any tigers, but the open jepsy and the experience of being so close to nature was awesome. The rains added to the awesomeness. One must do a safari in Jim Corbett. We booked ahead our safari through a travel agent. Please make sure you send correct names for booking of safari, one Jeep costed 5000, can take up2 6 person. We started at 6 and came out by 9.spotted some deers, bisons, peacocks, birds. Low streams are flowing inside, and your jepsy will cross them, another experience here.

Book more Safari rides in advance with permit from forest department (aadhar card required). There are 6 gates to the park. Routes are fixed. Maintain silence in safari to enjoy wild life at its best... don't disturb the "beautiful people" of the forest with animal behaviour of humans! Elephants, Tiger, Sambar, deer, jackals are the species seen easily here. Don't disobey the guidelines given by your safari driver and Enjoy nature at its best!!! Most importantly don't get down from your vehicle. Binoculars are of help so don't forget to take them in advance.

Good food and great hospitality. Best place to stay for exploring Jim Corbett National park and experiencing Jungle Safari.

Great experience of Safari with add excitement of watching tigers which is not expected in this season.
