Changlang Fitness Centre

Changlang DC is contributing a lots for making Changlang Fitness Centre into a high class Gym.
We really greatful having such a good DC in our District.

Biggest misconception regarding gym is that without trainer you cannot attain a desirable physique, yes to some degree it is true but not entirely true. If you have the desire to learn there are lots of sources available online on YouTube google etc. Do your little research before joining and ask the seniors to guide u throughout the initial phases and put in the hard work and see that within a month or two you will notice change in your appearance. This method will take time but it will surely give u knowledge about exercise which u can pass on to other new commers thereby creating a community of self learning and reducing dependence on costly trainers.
