Staff doesn't know the difference between ORS and ORS trademark.
When i asked for ORS they gave me Dr Reddy's VITORS which is not ORS (clearly written on the pack). I again asked his "is this ORS?" And his reply is "we sell these only as ORS". Such an irresponsible answer! Best part is even after showing the label "Its not ORS" he still says its ORS.
