Huge building on jc road. One of the top 5 banks in India. Parking available for staff only. Social distancing maintained. Temperature is checked and sanitisers used before entering the building. Two entrances are there. One for executives and the other for all other staff members. Ambience is very good and tasteful interiors.

The bank has pension disbursement office for pensioners. The staff was very cooperative and they guided me well. The querry that I had was sorted out within 30 min. Quite a professional approach with little harrassment to the customers. I did not visit the banking section, so cant tell about that. Going by own transport may be a problem because there is no parking here and the bank is located on a busy crossing. Public transport or a cab is preferable.
