It was good experience to me to got treatment from murali sir.Dr.murali is the on of the best general surgeon in the prakasam district. Hospital premises and environment is good. Best O.T theater and I.C.U.

My mother was admitted in the hospital,she had a health insurance with Bajaj, at the time of admission I have consulted the doctor regarding cash less, he said we will do, at the same day I have given all the documents, but he did not raise a claim, at the time of discharge he raised a claim. And the claim was rejected.
The doctor and staff was very rude.
The account section was not at all good.
Waste service hospital.
I suggest not to visit the hospital.

Fraud doctor unprofessional doctor.while giving treatment he stopped water intake n led the body dehydrate.One of my family member was admitted here in emergency bcz of an unworthy RMP DOCTOR.We were not satisfied at all of doctor treatment n his delayed responses.Delayed visit to patients in wards.But the nursing staff was good.No proper cleanliness n no proper response from reception staff regarding bills.No billing system was available in this hospital.The pharmacy was not charging according to NPPA STANDARDS.LABORATORY was hell they won't give us blood report Even when I asked Their response was we don't give, forgetting it's patients right to check reports first.Environment is not clean n hygiene as I am an UPSC aspirant I thought it's my responsibility to share my experience so that at least few people will know about reality.Hope my review will help others.Doctor stopped medicine just bcz we brought pharmaceutical drugs from outside of his hospital.How idiotic behavior n don't value the patient life.Its up to you to decide whether to go n see hell in that hospital or to reach out to any other good hospital.
