These days banks are very difficult to get things done. A lot of rush and insufficient staff make things worse. Server problems will be there often. Canara bank is a big bank but poorly operated. ATM won't work 80% of the time. Staff will be too busy to respond to you. There is another Canara Bank just 300 meters away. It is actually Syndicate Bank which is now merged with Canara bank. So you find two canara banks side by side. That's how they operate.Avoid opening an account here. The other SME branch bank is better than this if you want to open account in Canara Bank
