Snow Valley Resorts Shimla

Best place to stay in shimla. View and enjoying food from the open terrace was awesome experience.

Room was best with centrally heating. They have lounge area for guests.

Food quality is best and staff is very supportive.

This was my second visit to shimla and I will definitely book snow valley again in my next tour.

Very nice Hotel and we stayed here on my son's birthday....they surprised us and make special Arrangements in room. Very nice gesture. Food was very good and hotel location was very good.

We spent two nights with family and it was a nice experience. Staff was very helpful and offered excellent service. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. The coffee was superb. Rooms were decent and well maintained. The valley view from a huge window was stunning

Staff that do Service in room and restaurant are very good.
Nice view to the valley. front desk staff also good and helped in recommending good taxi for local site seeing and trip to Manali, chandigarh.

If any scope for improvement, then that can be in children play area which is filled with lot of toys and not much place to run around :-)

Writing this review with out any ask but for benefit of other travellers for the way I check reviews before booking :-).

I stayed there for 31st night and check out next day, this is very amazing resort, room are clean, room service good, views from room also amazing. Restaurant was on 5th floor they have both option for food you can order as well buffet also, bonfire also provided but till 11 only we requested to extend till 12 at least as it was new year but no, they didn’t have any arrangements for new year celebration which was the only sad part, location wise it’s a bit far from Mall Road around 6-7km so definitely you can not plan to walk there, elsewise everything was perfect I would definitely recommend to stay and enjoy vacations there. Keep travelling

We spent two nights during our holidays in the hotel. The property and the staff was nice. The hotel is located out of Shimla so you would need to get a taxi to reach the city. This can be easily done just in front of the hotel, but should be considered according to your needs. I normally would walk, but here it’s not really an option. Our room had also a great view.

Very good resort with amazingly sweet and polite staff. Stayed there for 3 days and had a very good experience with them. The Food was amazing. Amenities are good.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel! The chill vibe throughout the property made for a relaxing experience. The staff, from the front office to housekeeping to restaurant servers, were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The hotel's location near the tourist attractions was a huge plus, and the front office team's assistance with affordable taxis was a great convenience.

The food at the hotel was delicious, and I felt like I received excellent value for the price I paid. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a 2-3 day stay in Shimla. It truly exceeded my expectations!

Awesome stay, very helpful and humble staff. Little bit far from Mall Road so would need to take cab to visit there. Apart from that 24 hour hot water supply, any issue will be resolved very quickly. Awesome taste in house restaurant. Bonefire daily on 5th floor in open restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at SNOW VALLEY RESORT and owe an special Thanks to Mr. DEEP MOHAN SINGH, the young entrepreneur, who really looked after us very nicely.

Great Hotel to stay in Shimla. Near to Mall road. Mall road is easily approachable through local bus or taxi. We stayed for 2 nights here. Breakfast was having almost everything from North Indian dishes to South Indian dishes including Pasta too. Clean rooms, great staff, tasty food. They surprised us with Live music and bone fire on Sunday night. Everything was just perfect. One thing i would like them to improve is their wifi speed.

Room is neat and well maintained. Service is really gud. Staffs are really friendly. Breakfast is very nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay with family.

We stayed around 3 days in this hotel and it was a great experience.
Very nice hotel with clean rooms and washrooms, dedicated parking space , 30 minutes from mall road but excellent view from rooms.
Breakfast buffet was very good with many varieties and the room service food was decent but a little pricey.
The hotel staff was great and helpful.
There is also a gym and playing area in the hotel.
But the wifi was not good.
There is also a rooftop in which you can eat while enjoying the view.
There is also a provision of a tour guide with a car from the hotel but with extra charges.
Overall a great experience.
