Not available medicines everytime. There is no any responcible staff. They give wrong contain & not eccept mistake & not ajust medicine as per contain they given. Thre is not properly communication with customer. They created problems every time.
I think great mistake By ONGC to take in pannel only them.

Today i visited Apollo Bharuch pharmacy situated at zhadeshwar area @11:30pm to take medicine for my daughter which are prescribed by doctor to whom we shown her as emergency visit. Sales persons are going to close the shop.their half shop shutter is open i entered in shop and ask for medicine they told that shop is closed we are not able to give you them.i requested them that just now we made a emergency checkup of baby so medicines are urgently required but they told we are bound by system we can provide you medicine up to 11PM only and they refused to give them.
I Hope that such organisations will read this post and feel importance of life saving drugs beyond their systems.

Not available medicines everytime ¬ support ive staff & not properly communication..i have visit last three times but every time created problems..

Worst experience at Apollo bharuch. No sticker placed at medicine cover even though mentioned, Very low or No coustom value.

Don't be surprise if you hear we don't keep medicine or pharmacy product in this store.
