This hotel was a blessing to find in Ludhiana as I was looking for a quiet and comfortable stay; I got that and so much more from such a caring and wonderful man who is the owner and operator here. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, he is the most honest and trustworthy man I’ve met on a long trip around India, it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and be his guest. The rooms are extremely cozy and clean and I found them to be spacious compared to other hotels around India for the same price and even more expensive hotels. The area has shopping close by and is a convenient location to do anything you come to Ludhiana to do, centrally located and easy to get a taxi. I was so pleased with the accommodation I would recommend it highly to anyone…a real gem!

Great stay and met my basic needs. Sort of a last minute booking for me and it did not disappoint. Owner is very humble and goes above and beyond to make sure any of your needs are met. Taxi, money exchange, food service available, however, I did not utilize those. I did ask hot tea served on a daily basis and it was delivered on a timely basis. Cleaning of the room was also available daily. I was also upgraded to a larger room due to availability by the owner for no extra cost due to a longer stay. Very genuine person.

Small cosy hotel in heart of Ludhiana with an owner who goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He ensured I had access to hot drinks whenever I wanted and personally took me to places I needed to go in Ludhiana when I had phone problems and couldn’t find my way around easily. He printed off a map as well for me to use as I like walking to get a feel for the area. Big double bed was very comfortable and good size room with en-suite.

The owner was very helpful right from check in to check out. One of the decent hotels that we could find in Ludhiana in our budget. Definitely recommended to stay. Proper parking available

The place was nice and easily accessible.
The rooms were great and with AC. The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet and bathroom were so well maintained and the level of cleanliness was totally commendable. Would totally suggest if you need a good place to stay in Ludhiana.

beautiful curtains and very comfortable bed. The washroom is very neat too with soaps shampoos and tissues well kept. It has geyser also. Room services are quite impressive and quick.

One of the best place to stay after home, I can say. The room was quite spacious, clean and mostly wel maintained. And what to say about the service, it is upto the mark, familiar environment, needs are on your doorstep anytime, assistance is quite positively beared. And lastly, this was my first vist but I would say this is my permanent vist when ever a stay comes to my mind at Ludhiana. And also it is in the prime location, so easily accessible aswell.

This is the only place I like to stay whenever I visit Ludhiana. The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is very efficient. The hallmark of this place is the personal care given by the owner. He personally takes care of all requirements of his customers in a very joyful and pleasant way. I would recommend this place if you ever visit with your family and friends.

As an American small business owner working in garment manufacturing the Samrat Hotel is the ideal hotel for business trips to Ludhiana. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is the owner that sets this hotel apart from others for a business trip. I have always had exceptional support from the owner in assistance in setting up meetings and advice on getting things done in Ludhiana. From my first visit the cozy Samrat and friendly staff feels like my home away from home in Ludhiana.

A very good budget hotel. A homely place, owner of hotel personally attends to guests. Rooms are clean and good. Some bathroom fittings might need replacing, other than that no complaints. Will recommend

I have simple needs and Samrat Hotel met my requirements for reliable hot water, WIFI, convenient location, affordable price and breakfast available. Choice of AC or non AC rooms. Owner honest, helpful and cooperative. Assisted with money change and taxi booking. Too easy!

Central location, homely atmosphere and extremely helping owner has made me stay at this Budget hotel each time I visit ludhiana for the past thirty years. It has almost become a home away from my own home at Chennai. Purely a 'Value for money Hotel', no frills!

I booked a delux room for 2 guests. We stayed there for 7 nights. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I had some apprehension before checking in, but the people at the reception were very courteo

It was a wonderful experience which I had during my stay. Even in COVID situation, they took care of me by providing homely food and hospitality was admirable. I was a Travel Trainer and my stay was for a short span. If I again get an opportunity, I would rather prefer to stay once again in this hotel.
I always reminicise my wonderful experience.

We stayed here for 15 days .Owner is very kind and helpful. He ll treat you like his family and most important thing hotel is fully wheelchair accessible. Rooms are very neat and clean. Car parking is very safe. Even more safer then your home.
