After experiencing rude behavior, we thought items would look good. With advance money, ordered sofa to which it has a manufacturing defect. It's tilted towards one side and they are not accepting it. They gave reasons like it's handmade, it will be hidden when you sit, put a cover to hide, etc.
Not worth spending your time and money here. I felt misled and deceived just for money. Never going here again.

This is a father-son shop. Son is okay to deal with but his father is very rude and always uses the wrong tone to talk. The products are good but he doesn't know how to deal with the customers, seems always irritated and only money minded. Deal with the son only if anyone visits.

They will just take money and deliver damaged products and then talk in sensitively when you tell them their mistake. Like the mirror of sofa set is always damaged can’t be that precise.
