One of the best alternative after 10th.
Only thing that there is no proper in and out entry system for hostelers. They note it in a diary.
It would be better to get a biometric attendance/entry system to note in and out of the students.

FEE-STRUCTURE :-

>>Let's talk about the important point i.e, on fee structure of SLIET University. Fees for the diploma students (₹9500-10500 approx per semester with including hostel fee).You have to pay mess fee per month separately around ₹2700 per month.

Fees for degree students (₹35500 per semester including hostel fee). You have to pay ₹2700 mess fee per month.

Fees for masters and PhD programme ( it is less than the degrees programme). Mess fee is same for all the students of SLIET.

Fee-structure :- 8/10 (according to me).

HOSTEL-LIFE :-

>>It has 10 boys hostel and 4 girls hostel. Triple seater rooms provided for all the students except Btech final year, Mtech and Phd. Single seater rooms for Btech final year, Mtech and for PhD students.

NATURE :-

>>Let's talk about the nature, it is totally pollution free , with lot's of flora and fauna, peaceful place, neat and clean. It has 2-3 lakes inside the campus i.e, so peaceful in terms of mental and physical excercise. There are lots of ducks inside the lake area, it is so beautiful to watch. Rabbit farm is also there in our campus. 3-5 parks there with varieties of flowers and birds inside the campus of SLIET.

Nature :- 10/10 (according to me)

It's one of the best institute, specifically for Food Tech.and Welding Technology,with lush green vast campus.I like it most.

SLIET is Deemed University which is established by Government of India. Here Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation, and PhD course are available. It conducts SLIET Entrance Test (SET) every year except for PhD which is conducted twice in a year.

I did my M.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering in 2015 and pursuing my PhD from this college since 2018.

SLIET has Big and green campus which is full of trees.

SLIET is one of the best Deemed-to-be universities in India, Established by MHRD.
SLIET is well known for its Green and Pleasant environment.
SLIET has a very well infrastructure.

This collage is nice without ragging, good placement, good mess arrangement, peaceful for serious student, A GOVERNMENT collage with all government facilities, No AC rooms are available and cooler can be allowed with proper permission and parents approach with collage administration. Collage has transit accommodation for parents.

The college is a renowned one in the nation and it stands on its standards. Mechanical and Computer Science departments has got great labs and awesome faculties. Other branches are also good in curricular.

It is very good university and teachers and lab Technicians are well trained and they teach students here like their own children and they listen to the students problem first.It is a good place to study as there is no ragging here and also clean and beautiful environment you may get here.

I am passed from SLIET Longowal in 2015. I love my SLIET. This very good institute in Punjab. Teachers here are awesome, Level of study, Level of fun, Level of freedom mind blowing. I really miss this place. I meet very nice friends here. I also meet Many type of diversity of Peoples.
