I should have given zero star. Collection center is good. Staff working there are good but Dr Path lab where blood sample go for test are worse. We have took ICT TEST and where we need to keep an eye on titre values. Lab people has given reports with no titre values at all. Called customer care 5 times for report values but they have no titre values which clearly indicates that they have not done test on blood sample and given us fake report. Have spoken to higher authorities but they have no answer too.

Please carefull and beaware !!!!!! before choosing Dr lal pathlab for urgent tests like coomb test.

AGAIN NON SENSE REPLY. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE VIA EMAIL AS WELL. THEY HAVE ALL DETAILS BUT NOTHING HAPPEN FROM LAST 5 DAYS. MF.
