I highly recommend people to visit Jiwan jyot physiotherapy center if they are suffering from lower back pain due to disc bulge or protrusion (slipped disc). I was suffering from extreme lower back pain since last 2 years. The pain keeps growing and sometimes there's a minor relief but it was never completely gone. I have tried many medications and physiotherapy centers but never got any satisfactory results. Sometimes situation get worst to the level that I was unable to even walk for few days or weeks. I was in Ludhiana for some official work and my back pain became worst. So I googled and luckily decided to go to Jiwan jyot physiotherapy center as it was nearby the place I was staying. My expectations from physiotherapy was that I will get some relief so that I can atleast walk. But it was surprising for me that my pain is reduced to 90% within 5 sessions. They are trained professionals who works on specific muscle stretching, strengthening and relaxation. I am extremely grateful to the team working there(Ms Vandana and team) and I highly appreciate their dedication and efforts.
Hopefully I will be back soon to complete my pending sessions.

They have solved my 5 years old neck problem in a very good way within a very short span of time. Environment of the clinic is very neat and clean with good hygiene.

Excellent place for physiotherapy. Must visit in case of joint dislocations, vertebrae misaligned.
