Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad was established in 1961 as one of the seventeen regional engineering colleges in India. In 2002, MNNIT was conferred with the status of deemed University. It is recognised by the UGC and approved by the AICTE.

The deemed University is an Institute of National Importance and offers BTech, MTech, MBA, MSc, MCA and PhD programmes in various specialisations. Apart from UG, PG and PhD programmes, MNNIT also offers short-term and summer training courses in the field of, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering and many more.

Placement is too good but they should improve their infrastructure and sports.
You can't expect too much joyful college life by college. But you get good knowledge and highly educated professor and senior are too much helpful.

Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad is one of the oldest and most prominent engineering institutions in India. It was established in 1960 as a joint venture of the Governments of India and Uttar Pradesh. It was an associated college of the University of Allahabad, which is the third oldest university in India.

This place really gives positive vibes , filled with some untouched natural habitat patches.
The atmosphere for studies here is definitely very good. The facilities are overall satisfactory. Just the mess food...
I felt the difference between mnnit and a private college, the difference here is of students, academic facilities and e energetic teachers.

It is one of the best engineering institute.every students like to take here admissions for pursuing engineering. It offers b.tech.,m.tech., etc in many branches of engineering.anyone willing to study here can take here admissions through IIT JEE main entrance exam based rank which is conducted by NTA. this is really nice engineering institute.

Think about other colleges for sure if u want specifically mechanical stream.
Academics was little messy to maintain their sites, crashes very often causing inconvenience to all
Hostels and mess can be improved and maintained
No coordination in different departments is my observation
Had to take the hell lot of signs before doing anything here l!
So think twice from all perspectives and choose your college wisely............. And one plus point they have an amazing placement record!! Brownie point ⭐

Beautiful campus with greenery and open spaces all around. The campus has a educational buildings, hostels, staff residences, parks, etc. The spaces are well marked and roads are well lit. You will find security at every turn of the campus.

Campus is large..you need a bicycle ..all facilities available...if you get admission.. great place for further study..😉

It have best facilities and better environment

I happened to visit this amazing college as my elder brother studies here. The roads and buildings in the campus are so good and neat. As a student of similar tier-1 engineering college(NITW), I got to say the maintenance here is very good and is so much better than our college. Hostels are pretty decent and neatly maintained and so are the sports grounds. The underpass which was built recently(2022) is just awesome & makes transport easier to the girls hostels, EDC guest house and Faculty gate. All the department and academic buildings are equally nice.
The placement stats at MNNIT are just fantastic. So many companies visit the campus every year for internship and placement drives giving an ton of opportunities for the students. The average package is over 20 LPA for CS,IT students and over 10-12 LPA for remaining branches which is great compared to other tier-1 NITs.

Greenery , fully equipped computer lab , 24x7 internet facility , library and many more
