I’ve got one of the annual service done here for my Honda City. It was very good!

What made my experience even sweeter here is narrated below. Special appreciation for Miss Krishna Saha and Mr Imran.

I had to start a road-trip of almost 400kms+ in the morning. When I went to take out my car from my garage, there was a lot of fluid below it. I thought my coolant chamber or My engine oil sump might have got damaged ( my car hit a large speed breaker the day before ).
Since I had to leave for out of station, I called the number which I had for service appointment booking. Miss Krishna picked the call and I explained my ordeal. She told me not to worry and that they’ll let the staff know. I reached the workshop by 10:15, met Mr. Imran over there. I knew Mr. Imran because he was the service advisor when I went to get the annual service done before. They arranged the ramp, lifted the car and checked the underbody for damages. Thankfully no damage was there. I was in and out within 20mins.

Left for my destination straightaway from the workshop and reached my destination safely.

My car is a out-of-state registered car and I didn’t have any prior contacts or connection in this workshop, and they still assisted me on priority upon understanding the urgency of my situation. This is the kind of experience every customer expects when they buy a car with their hard earned money.
