the customer care persons sitting don't even have minimum basis knowledge on credit card.. simply they are on their personal calls and they don't even have common-sense how to behave with customers. i stood before them for more than half an hour and they simply said- contact customer care. What is the use of that branch when we need to talk to customer care for our issues. Worst team.
