But the after sale service experience is very bad. One small accident happened with our Taigun and I submit the car to service centre. Almost 2 weeks crossed but still I didn't get it back. Every time I have to call them, and they promised to call back, which is a myth. After sale service is a big thing after investing so much money. Only sale cant not satisfy ones mind. So please think twice before purchasing Volkswagen In Kolkata.

I purchased Volkswagen virtus top line AT from this showroom. Within one week of booking the car was delivered. Right from booking phase to the delivery phase the experience has been A class. Negative Pointers:
1) Due to congested location, test drive from showroom is bit stressful. I suggest you all to book a test drive at home or any other place which is relatively empty. You will get to experience the cars better.

There are no other Negative points as of now i feel. Overall an excellent dealership experience. I highly recommend this showroom for purchase.
