Hotel is located at the prime location. But entrance gate for vehicle is slightly risky need to take caution while entering into the hotel.
Food is awesome with lot of choices. Staff is cordial and ready to assist at all the time with smile.

I'm very satisfied with this Hotel. Food, rooms and all other amenities were upto the mark.Housekeeping service was too good & polite also. In Breakfast they have so much varity and tea was awesome when you order team specially...Manpreet she attend so politely and serve everying in breakfast whatever's requested. Tks for the hospitality and love..

Absolutely the best hotel in Mumbai. So thoughtful, accommodating and just overall fantastic! ||We were given an upgrade as it was a special occasion and even items not on the menu were made available for in room dining. Nobody makes your stay special the way Taj does!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, tough it was just a one night stay but we enjoyed it thoroughly. The upkeep of the property is very good. Check in was smooth, morning breakfast was really good.

Hotal regenta klassik mein bahut good services hai.....food very tasty and accommodation so good.....please stay here and enjoy your day with your loving one....in food court Manpreet kaur attend very good and all staff is so good .

we had an excellent stay for two days ,the staff was always at a call no matter what hour of the day and was really helpful,at the restaurant particularly Manpreet was always at our service always calm and cool.

Overall a great stay experience.

The food was very good. However I loved the Ala Carte serving better than the Buffet. The services offered at the dining was quite good. Few staff including Komalpreet were very gentle, polite and provided all the support at the dining.

I wish all the best to all the hard-working staff.
