Great place to workout. Good set of equipments and probably has all possible machines for leg work. Good instructors- they won’t bother you unless you do something wrong or ask for their assistance. Good changing rooms and quite a few showers and awesome sauna. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

Gold’s Gym has high quality training with customised workout , according to the needs of its clients. I’m really happy with my workout and the difference in my physique since i joined. It was awesome event which is organised by gold gym.

I work out at Golds 4 times a week. Have a year long membership with them. The salt Lake branch is quite big and spacious. Good (tho slightly old) machines and range of free weights for you to use. The trainers are helpful for newbies and the senior trainers and head trainers understand human musculature and what exercises are required for individual goals. The best part about them is since they are present in other metros, I can easily work out and not miss my sessions even when am travelling. If you are serious about your fitness, will definitely be worth your time to check Golds out. You won't regret it.

I come here as a visitor, bcz my base location is in a different city.
The trainers here are very helpful, technically very strong -- they will guide you with the exact form, because they have very good knowledge of the anatomy. Remember, form is the king.

I just wished they opened more Gold's Gym centres in Salt Lake.

I am working out in gold's Gym city centre salt lake for 3 ,months. The gym has great facility like steam, kickboxing, massage, well mannered staff and general trainers are very helpful. my personal trainer Mr Swapan Parui is extremely regular punctual, professional highly knowledgeable and very well mannered. The massuer also is very good. I will strongly recommend to join the branch of gold's Gym.

The best gym in salt lake. Good people , state of the art equipment and a huge space.Apart from gym they also offer zumba, yoga and kick boxing (though not everyday). The gym is well equipped with modern amenities. They gave a 20 met track. They also have steam rooms, certified trainer's.Gold offers personal training too.

Very good gym with a whole host of equipment, sufficient for both beginners as well as advanced lifters. The membership charge is very nominal at Rs.15000 for a whole year and considering the area as well as quality of the gym, the price is very justified in my opinion.

Each n every trainer in this gym are very helpful. The atmosphere for exercising is very Positive. I really enjoy to go out here every day.

Gold's Gym having an energetic atomosphere on the Gym floor . It has nice instruments setup along with big cardio station as well as seperat space for warm up/mobility/stretching etc.Locker room is very big and spacious. Trainers are helpful and general trainer available on floor.

One of the biggest gym in kolkata, not just the biggest but the best gym in kolkata, what do i say about this gym, this has all in it, lots of free space, Precor equipments, nice environment, welcoming and all educated trainers, personal training, steam, massage and all you want, it has everything. This gym is located at the one of the most prominent area of Kolkata, ie opposite to city centre 1 back gate in saltlake. It is located in a commercial tower with Vasan Eye care in its 2nd floor. Security in the gym is quite good and is clean and hygienic. They even provide parking if you are an annual member of the gym.

Awesome gym with state of the art equipments and knowledgeable trainers. Good locker room with shower facility and a wonderful steam room. Dietician and masseuse available as well. Free parking.
