As always excellent service even after 5 years of owning different Jeep Compass . The service and repair team of Celica continues to excel led by excellent leadership . I m yet to experience even a 99 percent service from them. It is always above 100 percent. Customer relationship; behavior and delivery after service is on point .

Must say that Celica Automobiles, especially their sales manager, Vishal Gupta, provided me with the most wonderful, hassle free and seamless experience in buying my Galaxy Blue Jeep Compass Model S 4*4 AT. Since there is no Jeep showroom in Patna, I bought the car almost virtually online from Celica Automobiles Kolkata but thanks to Vishal who kept me updated and in the loop at all stages of the process, there were no fears or doubts in my mind. Overall a very good experience. Staff are very courteous and professional- Shreyosi Mukherjee was looking into the sales. They are well organised and deliver on time. Their Financial services are very smooth. The after sales trainer - Mr. Masud Khan, was very detailed and patient, explained all queries thoroughly and properly. Will observe their routine vehicle services.

Also the Jeep Meridian is another class leading Product from Jeep India which is a remarkable stellar 7-seater SUV. Indestructible and impeccable build quality feels like a Tank.
