Went for Pediatric Consultation, Doctor was patient and explaining in detail. My poor experience at Registration desk, person take lot of time for registering the person. Poor computer skills. Despite of telling every thing there were lot of spelling mistakes in the registration. Instead of saving details of person clicked the "ESC". They check our patients.
Nurses who check baby weight doesn't take consent before handling the baby. For my baby nurse simply inserted her finger in ear and trying to clean which is actually a problem for that i visited hospital.

I request management to take some trained people for saving time of the patients and as well as for safety.
