The Lush Wooded Pine Forest In Patnitop Offers Ample Opportunity For Trekking[/caption]This state is known for its many picturesque locations and landmarks, and for travelling to Jammu and Kashmir. Patnitop is located in the Lower Himalayan Range close to the Pir Panjal range, 47 km from Udhampur and 112 km from Jammu. This famous hill resort is perched on a beautiful plateau, at an altitude of 2024 m across which the Jammu-Srinagar Highway passes. The towns of Kud and Batote are nearby. Kud is a very small town where sweet shops make fresh Patissa (a sweet). It may be bought hot and melts in one’s mouth. Batote is known as a place for quality rajma or the kidney bean.

The staff os very friendly. Just stopped for a tea with family but the whole experience was joyfull due to the staff

Awsome place to stay

Refreshed our minds after a long journey from Jammu. Stayed there overnight. Nobody was there in the vicinity except us. Exhilarating experience in the two storied wooden bungalows.

Perfect place to stay in patnitop.... scenery,rooms,staff, environment,food wat else i can say....each and every thing was perfect. I enjoyed my stay of 2 days. Will revisit soon👌👌

Our experience was very nice. But PDA needs to sort out terrific problem. Its very frustrating especially when you want to enjoy with the family.

I feel really happy to see nature here... Cold environment and everywhere i see tourist come here... So many hutments house is here... You can take lot's of picture... I suggest you come here with family... All facilities provided here like food beverages, toilet etc

I went for room booking in hotel alpine view but unfortunately all rooms were booked.. use website for early room booking.

Would prefer to stay in Jktdc hotels during next visit. The places are quite and calm.
