Ginger Surat

Hotel is towards the airport. Rooms are compact and neat. Front desk are customer friendly.
Restaurant is good and provides good food

We arrived late evening and were traveling with a toddler. Ganesh, the front desk assistant, was quick and helpful. Really appreciate his quick, warm, and kind support. Our stay at various Ginger hotels this week, especially at Surat, inspires for a membership and future stays.

The people in charge were wonderful. All throughout the 10 odd days we were in, the service was great...v helpful people. The room service deptt is really on the job all the time.

As usual, a fantastic value driven experience. They have improved a lot since my visit last year. The property is under renovation. The buffet breakfast spread is good. The staff are courteous and helpful. You cannot get a better value at this price. I hope they continue to offer value synonymous with Tata brand.

Nice Hotel for short term to long term stays

Where ever go other state first i choose Ginger hotel, This was my first stay here in suruat . The staff are competent and efficient. The rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping is good. Wifi services are good. The food is nice in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is not lavish but has a fair variety available. The stay was very pleasant.

I stayed at Ginger for 15 days in may 2021 taking care of two super senior citizens .

The hotel staff Attitude, cleanliness and quality of food was simply outstanding even in difficult covid times when they had less occupancy.

Rooms on the third floor where we stayed were well lighted and clean .

The location of the hotel too is in a posh locality with many avenues to walk recreate and eat out .

The rooms are good and value for money... Complementary breakfast available.... Mumbai chats and CCD is inside the campus itself and chairs have been put up on the lawn to sit and enjoy the coffee with chats.. The locality is really good and all shopping malls are nearby.
