Basic Process for Fresh applications
1. Go for Token at the Token counter
2. After that you have to Visit counter A for verification Of self and Click passport photo
2. When you complete counter A process then you have to go for Counter B for Checking and verifying documents
3. After completion of this You have to wait for Counter C and verify documents at Counter C

This Is basic procedure For passport office and all things mentioned on screen at all Counter

Very well mannered staff and special attention for senior citizens. Staff well trained with computers and documents handed quickly. Very Happy and impressed

Guys keep change for zerox. If in urgency u need to do zerox inside passport office than they don't care to see emergency. They have change but they dont give. They don't even spare your single rupee

Service of passport is excellent... And there is no any food or snacks availability... So please put small food zone there... Any else all staff are good...

All clients are attending by proper token system. Staff are friendly. Sitting arrangement also good in waiting area.processing is very fast. Drinking water, children care area and washroom also available. You have to pass three stage for whole process of passport issue. Online appointments required. And staffs are very supporting and suggests to all problems.

The place was very neat and clean. And The staff was really supportive and sweet. I was really nervous about the procedures but the staff and the watchman guided me that everything went really well.

Staff was well behaved and took around 20 minutes to complete my passport verification procedure

PSK, Udhna Darwaja, Surat - Been there multiple times on many occasions. And never did I face any inconveniences. I'm not claiming it be flawless, other reviews have pointed out problems which is subjective.

Staff is very helpful and well-trained, I will recommend to take a appointment on weekdays like Monday to Thursday for queue less service and less waiting time

Everything is Good.
Firstly, when you reach At Seva Kendra Security guard Ask to You about Appointment time. If you Reached before time then they may Call you to Wait for Some time If traffic is there.
Then, You Have to Go 1st floor Again Another Security Guard Helping You and Asking For Appointment Copy and Guiding to where You Have to Go. They telling me to go reception Area.
After I Entered Reception Area they Asking About your documents which you have to attach. If photocopy requires then they tell you. Then they Give you Token No. They telling you to go Department A. Xerox machine available at Reception Area, charging 1rs/copy.

When You Reach Dept. A they Guiding that Please check Your token No. In Screen for where cabin you have to go because here Many cabin are there. Your token no. Shows on Screen then reach At respective cabin. At here they Asking Your Appointment. They takes your PHOTO , Fingerprints and SIGN. They giving you options to Buy passport cover (2 type cover one is rs. 400 and another rs. 600). You can edit your Form information here if any mistakes happen during filing online form. After All things Completed they Telling Go fast in Dep. B.

When you Reach dept. B here Also Screen available for which cabin you have to Go. Here They are Verifying your Document.
After Verifying done they Telling to wait for Dept. C.

Dept. C is beside the Dept. B. Here Also Screen available. Here Granting Officer check your all details and Mark with Green pen on your file. Then They telling that Now you can Go. All things are completed.

Time Consuming in My Case,
To reach Reception - 5 -7 Minutes
At Reception - About 10 Minutes
At Dept. A - 10-12 Min
At Dept. B - 2 Min
At Dept. C - 15 Min
Overall Time - 45- 50 Min.
(With Waiting Time)

Overall experience is Good. Staff is Co-operative.

2)Mark sheet Xerox do sign on Xerox and bring orginal marks sheet

If your address doesn't match with aadhar card which you applied at time of form then carry ONE MORE DOCUMENTS WHOSE ADDRESS MATCH WITH, DOCUMENTS:- Electricity bill (if bill come on your name only not your son wife etc are allowed)
Or Passbook Xerox with photo on it
