Overall,it is budget friendly 3 star hotel with amazing amenities and food.Very close to dal lake as well.

I stayed there in the last of November 22.... Room was soooooo good 👍🏻👍🏻...and services great as well ....
Prices are little on higher side as we got room at rs2400 per night but when i saw room that was totally worthy..... I will definitely visit again 🥰🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is just about right, Patnitop is confusing to roam since there is a circular road around it and you can get lost if not guided properly. You can chose this hotel because of its good location, there are shops nearby so this area is mini downtown area. Good food served, hotel staff is kind and polite, Rooms are spacious and offers two types of views, one is the parking view and other one is the mountain view with a balcony. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay and enjoy weather at Patnitop.

This hotel is so good, luxury room, good room service, and important thing is affordable prices. Another thing is you can see nature beauty from the room. At patni top here a garden where you can see very long trees pine trees, and in the garden hut houses, like suhana mousam, barfila mousam, thandi thandi hawain, and hotel staff talk calmly, politely, and supportive.

I visited this place on late November, hadn't seen any snow but got to see a beautiful sunset covering by a dark night shade. 💫
