Krystal Hotel Restaurant (A Maa Vaishno Hotels India Group)

Even though the cuisine was mouthwatering and finger-licking good, it took more than 45 minutes to be served because it was newly produced. The personnel was also rather uncooperative. The rooms were clean, but the bedsheets had three little holes. Overall, visiting KRYSTAL was a positive experience.

Rooms were clean. But bedsheets had 3 small holes. Food was mouth watering,finger licking but food took more than 45 mins to be served as it was freshly made even the chicken was cuted freshly.Staff was not cooperative at all. After all it was a good experience in KRYSTAL.

Beautiful hotels in Jammu with nutritious food. Lunch with my pals was enjoyable, and the service was top-notch. We fervently recommend this accommodation.

This is a good hotel in Patnitop.. Check in was smooth. Rooms are big neat and clean.. Bathrooms are good, have separated showers area. Staff is good and well mannered and well dressed.. Hot water is available till 10am in the morning..

God room for 1400 at 2nd floor. Little old interiour but comparing to price it was amazing. Rood had 2 bug windows and one was directly valley facing. Had amazing time there
