We had to stay here due to highway was closed. Location is good but service is very bad. In cold weather the rooms are too cold and no proper hot water.

Recently I visited this hotel...
Worst services , the receptionist did not pay attention to change of room as the room was insufficient space and the manager (Umesh Sharma) was abusing and speaking very very badly . I think probably he was drunk and that non sense fellow did not know how to talk with customers. I would advice to never visit this hotel Ever.

Pathetic Services, i booked rooms for 4 adults online (Easemytrip) and payed in advance through Google pay , when we reached hotel, they asked us to pay double amount, and said we can’t give any room in this cost, and we are not responsible for anything you can contact to easemytrip for booking. After Paying Double amount, they gave us no services and that too pathetic, Their Food services were very Bad (unhealthily and unhygienic), staff is not Cooperative they treat you like they are paying us to stay their. They gave us dirty and torn blankets, and when we are paying extra , at least we expect to get good Services
