I am open my digital saving account through Video KYC And I Paid 177 rupee for a debit card as a fee but i didn't received any debit card from Au bank. It's been 11 days already. I feel i am stuck with the service. 😓👎

I wish I could give them a 0 here.. veryy poor service or no service at all no support.. do not get any services from specially this particular branch do not go for opening accounts, loans or any other banking needs.. because when you are in need of help in an emergency situations either they’ll show you they are busy or they’ll push you towards other options.. but yea they will help you if you say that you need an insurance policy worth lacs… I am wondering, what’s the benefit of things being available online if they simply can not help you with your request for changing a simple contact detail that too through an email sent from registered email ID and with a valid request form signed by customer itself with id proof that too along with their signature. What if the customer is hospitalised. A big no to this bank
