My experience with Dr Makkar has been good so far. His diagnosis skills and treatment is good. My relatives were also treated/diagnosed well.

The only problem this hospital has is Staff and the Pharmacist. The staff is arrogant and lacks any kind of sympathy towards patients, they speak loudly and lacks professionalism.

Coming to the Chemist, he is the most arrogant person I believe. I requested him to show the medicines prescribed by Dr Makkar, to which he blatantly denied and ordered that he will only show the medicines if I would buy from him unless go somewhere else.
Moreover, I requested him to at least tell me the name of medicine so that if I already have it in my home, then I will not purchase, and rest of the medicines I will buy. To this also, he mentioned, " IF YOU WANT TO BUY MEDICINES, THEN ONLY i WILL SHOW AND TELL THE NAME ELSE GO TO SOME OTHER CHEMIST, WE WILL NOT SHOW YOU THE MEDICINES OTHERWISE".

My only request to Dr Makkar to keep his staff disciplined and CHANGE HIS PHAMACIST as the currently, he behaves RUDELY with patients ALL THE TIME and demands money on Full MRP of medicines. Don't even show the medicines in case patient don't want to buy from him as the medicine is already at home.
